Oh, you never heard that word before? That's because I made it up. A stereoscope is a late 1800's viewing device to see images in three dimensions. Two cameras would be set up side by side, at the same angle distance of the human eye. When the pictures were developed and placed right next to one another and in the stereoscope viewer, it would appear in 3D! The antique ways of entertainment are fascinating to me. So, I digitized the experience, turning these images into a GIF by alternating quickly between each image.
